What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same in this role. One day you could be troubleshooting equipment, the next maintaining our grounds, monitoring water quality, or helping bring exciting new projects and facilities to life.
You'll be part of a team responsible for:
- Maintaining our pools, plant, buildings, equipment, and grounds to a high standard
- Ensuring exceptional water quality across our pool complex
- Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
- Assisting with the installation and maintenance of new recreational facilities
- Helping keep visitor attraction safe, clean, and operating smoothly
- Using technology and monitoring systems to support facility operations
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on individual with a background in the trades who enjoys practical work, takes initiative, and excels at problem-solving.
While pool experience is not required, we are specifically seeking candidates with a strong trade foundation—particularly in either Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical work. Full training will be provided, including formal certification in pool water quality management.
Key Qualifications & Attributes
- Background or hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or a related trade field.
- Strong maintenance skills and a natural ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems.
- A reliable, self-motivated approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to work efficiently on your own while collaborating seamlessly with the wider team.
- Confidence using digital tools/technology (or a fast learner ready to pick it up).
- High attention to detail with an uncompromised commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Capable of undertaking active, physically demanding hands-on work daily.

The Details
This is a full-time position and includes working one weekend day and public holidays as part of a rostered team.
