Marketing Co-Ordinator

From Matariki evenings under the stars to the Alpine Winter Festival, Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa is one of the South Island's leading visitor attractions, welcoming more than 450,000 visitors each year. We're looking for a marketing coordinator with some experience under their belt to support our campaigns and promotions, keep our website in top shape, and help bring new products and experiences to life.

The Role

• Support the team with campaign and promotion planning and delivery.
• Keep our website accurate, current and working hard for the business.
• Help run our customer research and reporting.
• Give our Events Coordinator extra marketing muscle around major events and festivals.
• Track ongoing visitor and attendance numbers.
• Support the launch of new products and experiences.
• 1-2 years' experience in a marketing, communications or similar role — you'll already have some runs on the board, even if you're still early in your career.
• Comfort with, or willingness to learn, website content management.
• A knack for analysing data and turning it into simple, useful insights.
• Good writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
• An organised, can-do approach to a varied workload.

What You'll Bring
