We're looking for passionate and professional Massage/Spa Therapist's to join our team and help create memorable wellness experiences for visitors from across New Zealand and around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Massage/Spa Therapist, you'll deliver a range of treatments designed to promote relaxation, wellbeing, and guest satisfaction. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a calm and professional environment while ensuring every guest receives outstanding care and personalised service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality massage and spa treatments
• Delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
• Recommending treatments and retail products to support guest wellbeing
• Maintaining treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards
• Assisting with Spa operations and ensuring a professional presentation at all times
• Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting fellow team members
  

What We're Looking For

We're seeking therapist's who are passionate about wellness, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys helping people feel their best.

You will ideally have:

• A qualification in Massage Therapy or a related field
• Experience delivering relaxation massage treatments
• Knowledge of, or experience with, additional treatments such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, body exfoliation, body wraps, hot stone massage and facials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, friendly, and professional approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

While 1–2 years' experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from graduates who demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn.
